Hi, my name is Diya. I`m currently a first-year Biomedical Science student at Kings College London. I`ve achieved 9 in GCSE Chemistry and 8 in GCSE Biology; followed by A`s in these subjects in my A-levels. I aim to tailor each lesson to suit the subject and your personal learning style, ensuring that you gain a deeper understanding and stay motivated. My approach is interactive, using a variety of techniques to make complex topics easier to grasp.

Experience: I have spent a year tutoring secondary school students which has helped me see the impact that personalized, one-on-one attention can have on a student’s confidence and success. This experience has enabled me to adapt my teaching methods to cater to each student’s individual needs, ensuring more effective and engaging lessons. Additionally, I spent a month shadowing teachers while they taught science, which allowed me to learn firsthand how to deliver effective lessons and engage students in a classroom setting. Having recently completed my own A-levels, I also recognize the challenges students face, and I’m committed to providing both academic support and practical strategies to help them succeed. I`m familiar with the UCAT and dental application process so I can also offer tips on that.
