I am a well qualified teacher of 20 years experience almost entirely with A level and GCSE students in Biology, Science and Maths. I tailor my tutoring to the individual needs of my students and aim to focus on particular areas where additional help is needed.
I can cover all areas of the specification /syllabus

As an EXAMINER of both A levels and GCSEs, I have a very good insight into how students need to focus and orientate their learning so as to maximise their exam marks in each area of the syllabus.

In contrast to classroom group teaching, I am able to focus on the individual student locating both the pace and the approach that works best for them.

I am a very knowledgeable on the subject specification /syllabus for a variety of exam boards and also can also claim expertise on marking schemes.

I am able to tutor in the day and evening. I usually tutor at home.

My home is a detached thatched house with a large 2 acre garden /grounds. We are on the main A382 between Bovey Tracey (6 mins) and Moretonhampsted (5 mins), easy to find and with ample parking. Lustleigh and Moretonhampsted are nearby, with cafes, shops and pubs.

Availability: I tutor on weekdays in the daytime and evenings and during school holidays by agreement.
