A fully qualified chemistry teacher of over 20 years delivering lessons across several schools and a wide range of abilities. I have a comprehensive understanding of all areas of the A level course as well as common misconceptions. A strong emphasis is always placed on building confidence, developing a solid understanding and then application to examination questions.
Availability: Weekday evenings except Tuesday. All day Saturday and most days during school holidays.
Willing to travel: 15 miles
Experience: Upper second class degree from Bath University (2000). 22 years of secondary education delivering A level in each of these years. Currently employed by an extremely high achieving girls school.

Excellent tutor. My son got on really well with Matthew. My son achieved a grade C in chemistry in year 12, but following Matthew`s tutoring, he achieved a grade A in his final exams. Now he`s off to study medicine at University
