An unrepentant nerd, I studied Mathematics and Statistics for my degree, as it opened the most doorways to learning about other scientific subjects. Learning and teaching have been twin passions of my whole life, and passing on a love of learning to my pupils is part of why I enjoy tutoring.

I take pride in tailoring my tuition to my students` needs and providing a more flexible, engaging environment than classroom teaching allows.

I teach Maths and Physics to A-level standard, and Chemistry, Biology, English and Latin to GCSE level. Other equivalents such as scholarship entrance exams and adult-ed qualifications are also within my purview.

Availability: I am available Monday to Friday, and will consider weekends if you are in particular need. I am happy to hold lessons in my home or via conference call, but currently cannot travel to pupils as I have recently become a mother.

Experience: I have worked as a one-on-one tutor for the last 10 years, and also taught small groups, and in a private school on a part time basis. My track record for helping pupils through exams is excellent, though I have plenty of experience with learners of all ages and a wide variety of non-exam goals as well.
