My principle qualities as a teacher are warmth and enthusiasm, but I am also focused and committed to precision. I never stop getting excited about learning and helping others learn too. My goal is always to release the maximum potential of the students I work with and to help to boost confidence in the written word.

Availability: I work as a freelance tutor full time and am available to teach weekdays, evenings and at weekends.

Experience: I have been working with young people and adults for over 20 years, primarily in secondary schools, Oxford`s FE college and in tuition. For the last 15 years, I have focused on helping young people acquire the skills necessary to succeed at GCSE, iGCSE, A Level and IB. I have an undergraduate degree, a Masters and a PhD in English literature and a PGCE in Post-compulsory education (English).
