I have a Bachelor’s Degree from UCL in English Language and Literature. I have been an active tutor over the past 5 years, tutoring English to students at all levels up to degree and adult learners.

I am passionate about literature, yet understand that the pressure to achieve can sometimes do more harm than good to a student’s enthusiasm and ability in the subject. I tailor my approach to the needs of the student, wholly encouraging their input, while aiming to take the stress out of work. My genuine passion for learning will allow me to motivate my students to reach their potential, and I will put in the extra work when needed. I believe that all students can make huge progress, they just need the right motivation and way of looking at a problem.

I have also previously worked as a TA at a Primary School, working mainly with statements students and students with learning difficulties at KS3.

Aside from freelance tutoring, I also tutor for Kensington & Chelsea Tutors.

Outside of tutoring I am a keen musician, having played guitar for 12 years, as well as teaching myself piano, drums, and a range of software production techniques.

Availability: I am available to tutor afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Experience: I have previously tutored at KS3, 11+, 13+, GCSE and A-Level.
