I am a Deputy Head of School (previously Head of English) teaching both Literature and Language (GCSE & A Level). I also run adult classes for those wishing to achieve their English GCSE.

I am now in my ninth year of teaching. I work incredibly hard to raise all of my students` grades and all of my tutees have passed with high grades; I expect strong commitment from my students as I will actively encourage them to reach their potential.

Our students learn the AQA syllabus but I have also taught the Edexcel and other specifications. I have tutored a range of exams and texts. Please email if you wish to check which plays/poetries/novels I am able to help with.

I have a Masters in English Literature and a BA (hons) in English Literature & Language.
I am a qualified teacher, holding a PGCE qualification.

I have an enhanced DBS check- the copy is held by my employer.

In the past I have worked abroad: teaching both children and adults.
I currently tutor a range of levels from KS2 to A Level.

Availability: Weekdays - evenings. Weekdays in school holidays.
Some weekends.
