I am an experienced and enthusiastic science teacher who has over 25 years experience teaching in secondary schools. I have also written science textbooks, revision guides, interactive activities online and teacher books for OUP, Collins and WHSmiths. I have been an exam marker and have written exam questions for national exams. I have tutored for a few years (and I even tutored online during the pandemic and found that it works really well too!) I enjoy seeing my students learning to enjoy the subject more, gain confidence and obtain top grades. It is a pleasure to be able to interact with students on a one to one basis so that you can really see their progress and address any issues and areas that they need more help with.

Availability: Weekdays after school and weekends

Experience: Over 25 years as a qualified teacher working in secondary schools as a teacher of Science at Key Stage 3 and GCSE level and Chemistry at A level. I have tutored in person for 10 years and online and in person since the lockdowns.
