I am a fully qualified teacher of languages and offer tuition in French, Spanish, German and Italian to primary and secondary pupils as well as adults. I love teaching languages and always make the lessons fun and interactive. Tuition can be tailored to individual needs whether it is for exam preparation or just for fun.
Availability: Tuition is available on weekdays both during the day and evenings.

Experience: I have more than 20 years experience of teaching languages having worked in the secondary and primary sectors as well as adult tuition. I am also an examiner for GCSE with AQA, which means I agave the latest expert knowledge in order to support GCSE students.

George has really enjoyed his lessons with Helen and in a short time she has helped him enormously. It has increased his confidence speaking and his understanding of grammar. Helen works at his pace and identifies with him the areas that he needs to work on. We couldn’t be more pleased with the progress so far.

We met Helen just prior to my daughter`s year end Spanish and French exams so right in at the deep end. She has been kind, positive and encouraging from the start, covering areas thoroughly. My daughter said she felt much more confident going into her oral tests. Helen is always smiling and combines lessons with a good mix of grammar and speech and has provided some extra notes for her to work on. We are hoping we can progress to GCSE !
