I am a fully qualified teacher with a passion for education, science, and technology. As a tutor, I strive to make learning engaging and fun and have a demonstrated history of helping my students achieve top grades in their science examinations. I ensure that all of my students have a comprehensive and robust understanding of key scientific phenomena as well as the necessary exam skills to achieve highly in assessments. I am passionate about the use of technology in education and regularly leverage online tools to support the learning of my students both inside and outside of the classroom.

I hold a Bachelor`s and Master`s degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, a PGCE from the University of Buckingham, and a Master`s degree in Educational Technologies from the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, I’m studying Graduate Entry Medicine at the University of Warwick. Throughout my own education, I have excelled academically – my studies have been made possible by four merit-based academic scholarships, including a highly competitive international scholarship for graduate study in the USA.

Experience: Upon graduating from the University of Oxford, I spent six years teaching at top British independent schools. My primary responsibilities included teaching Chemistry, Physics, Maths, and Astronomy to students of all years, as well as overseeing Chemistry Oxbridge applications. In addition to helping my students achieve top grades, I regularly organized enrichment opportunities for the wider school community. I have experience teaching students with a wide range of abilities and take pride in my ability to adapt my teaching style to meet the unique needs of each student.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have also been extensively involved in tutoring over the past ten years. This has provided me with comprehensive knowledge of various exam boards, including IGCSE, IB, A Level, and Pre-U. A key factor in the success of my students is ensuring that they develop a deep understanding of scientific phenomena and adopt effective study habits to support their learning. I rely on tried and tested pedagogical techniques to deepen understanding and enhance retention in preparation for final examinations.
