Information about Stuart
As a full time secondary school teacher and parent, I understand the need to ensure that all learners individual needs are being met and that students are becoming more confident in their subjects.
My style of tutoring is aimed to engage learners with a friendly, open and relaxed style. I have over 10 years teaching experience in Mathematics, enjoying teaching to all levels and abilities between the ages of 11 and 16. I ensure that students are progressing from the outset by gaining a thorough understanding of their abilities and interests from the early stages.
From the beginning stages, right through to fruition, I make sure that students are both increasing in their confidence at learning new mathematical skills, as well as making progress in their attainment.
I communicate regularly with parents/carers to ensure that you are able to be fully involved in the process and understand any barriers to learning, as well as long and short term goals.
I aim to deliver effective tuition to every student and transfer my enjoyment and knowledge of maths. In turn, this will result in short term gains in progress and will enable students to reach their learning goals.I
I have a lot of experience tutoring for examinations and am familiar with all exam boards including the IGCSE specification. Students who undergo tutoring are achieving and exceeding their goals each year which I am incredibly proud of.
I look forward to meeting future students and supporting them to achieve their full potential.

Experience: Currently a Maths teacher covering all Secondary year groups at Ernesford grange Academy in Coventry. I am offering tailored Maths tuition dependant on your child`s ability levels/potential.

Stuart is an excellent tutor, my son after a few months has shown a massive improvement. Stuart’s built a really good relationship with Harrison which helps massively - overall we couldn’t be happier. Harrison is building his confidence in maths which was the aim of having a tutor and this shows in his results. Would definitely recommend.
