Hello everyone,

I am a qufied teacher and PhD researcher. I attained a Masters of Education (M.Ed) from Exeter University and am currently working on my PhD. My main focus is languages and I have worked as a university professor teaching English.

My lessons are tailor made and I use a variety of techniques to keep my students constantly engaged and stimulated. Teaching languages can become repetitive and mundane for everyone, especially for young learners, so I always incorporate different activities and exercises to keep my students interested. This works amazingly for adults too!


I also offer academic English lessons in fields where technical vocabulary and essay writing is required. I have taught business English to Chinese students at Exeter University and am currently supporting a PhD student.

In addition to teaching English to speakers of other languages, I offer the following:

- Teacher at SKOLA language school: Teaching English as second language. Young adult students of different nationties including: Russian, French, Polish and Arabic.

- INTO/ Exeter: Teaching precessional courses in preparation for students’ undergraduate degrees (Education, MBAs, Economics) The modules included
English for Academic Purposes (EAP) focussing on project writing, presentations and exam preparation.

- One-to-one language and research methods support for postgraduate students from different Universities including Exeter, Plymouth, Heriot-Watt and Edinburgh University.

- Private tuition teaching business Arabic including etiquette and cultural understanding to a small business prior to relocation.
