Experience: Helping Students Build Confidence and Raise Grades:
Hi, I`m Leer, a current Master`s student in Biomedical Research at Imperial College London, with a passion for helping students succeed in Biology, Chemistry and Maths.
As a tutor, I`ve helped students achieve real results- including help improve a student`s A-Level Biology grade from a D to a B in just one term.

Tailored Support for Every Student:
Every student learns differently which is why I take time to personalise each lesson. This could mean focusing on trickier topics, building exam confidence or improving study habits. Often I use custom-made quizzes for active recall and go through past paper questions to ensure students understand how to apply their knowledge and make links across topics. I have extensive experience teaching a range of exam boards, especially AQA and OCR. After the class, I may set homework which is designed to challenge and help students gain confidence on the topic studied in that lesson.

Strong Academic Foundation:
I hold a BSc in Biological Sciences and am currently completing a Master`s in Biomedical Research at Imperial College London. This academic training keeps my subject knowledge up to date - especially in Biology and Chemistry, where I can bring real-world examples to classroom topics.

I believe that science should feel exciting, not intimidating. I bring enthusiasm, patience, and encouragement to each lesson, with the goal of helping students feel confident, motivated and prepared, whether they`re aiming to pass, boost their grade or apply to top universities.
