I have been in education for 18 years and have gained a wealth of experience which when coupled with my passion for teaching makes me one of the best teachers at my place of work. I have always gone to great length to ensure my students achieve their desired grades.My patience, passion and dedication have contributed to the ongoing very high (98%) pass rate of my students.
I have always endeavored to make a difference to the lives of all my learners irrespective of their academic ability.

Experience: With over ten years of private tutoring experience, my approach to tutoring is first to establish the needs of the learner/learners. Establishing the learner’s needs involves creating a learning profile of the individual which includes their academic background, strengths and weaknesses. My delivery is then tailored to their individual needs. It is normal practice to provide my learners with real life/practical examples relating to topics studied so as to allow them to be able to see its relevance. Also, breaking down mathematical solutions into its simplest form depending on their mathematical skill which would have been assessed at the beginning. I have always endeavoured to tailor my lessons to their individual needs to boost their enthusiasm in the subject and at the same time stretching and challenging them. I also provide learners with mark scheme for their relevant subject area and the majority find it motivating as they can see what marks are being allocated based on their effort.
This approach has proven very useful for the many years that I have been tutoring and I have no doubts that it will continue to be the case
