I am an enthusiastic native speaker, originally from Guadeloupe (a small island in the French Caribbean).

I have been living in the UK for nearly 18 years, and I’ve taught French at all levels.

I used to visit neighbouring primary schools and teach French there, and I organised teaching sessions with cluster groups where I provided primary teachers with various relevant resources for them to then go and teach to their own classes.

I also set up Language and Culture workshops at my previous work placement, where y4, 5 and 6 pupils would get invited in to spend the morning doing topic based activities in French and German (on Christmas, Epiphany, and Easter)
I have had an excellent rapport with my students in my previous employment, and my GCSE and A level results have consistently been positive.
I taught Adult education for 2 years.

I’ve recently moved to the area with my husband and our 2 children, due to work.
