Having recently completed the PGCE course and attained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), it has been a very rewarding experience and I would like to continue in this avenue by offering tutoring services to children aged between 4-11, assisting them in their growth and attaining their full potential.

Availability: Mon-Fri: 16:30 - 18:00

Weekends: time can be negotiated

Willing to travel: 3 miles

Experience: I have previously worked at many child-centred institutions, ranging from; nurseries, primary schools, special schools to tuition centres around Birmingham. I have just over a years’ experience in tutoring Maths and English to primary aged children in which I was accountable for:
• Marking English and Maths work by applying KS1
and 2 framework strategies
• Increasing pupils’ literacy and numeracy
proficiency
• Encouraging lower ability groups to raise
academic standards
• Mentor higher ability groups at KS2 levels in
preparation for their 11+ exams.
