My name is Len and I am currently a Secondary Science teacher working at a school in Highams Park, London.
I am a very passionate and enthusiastic teacher with a specialism in Physics, but I am confident teaching all three GCSE sciences or maths.
After a long career in the financial services industry, I retrained as a teacher by first taking a BSc in natural sciences and then by obtaining a PGCE in science education from UCL. I have been teaching for the last three years both in state and private schools. I have also worked as a private tutor for the last 5 years.
I have undertaken specialist training with AQA to support GCSE students with their learning and have a good understanding of what will come up in exams.
I am very patient and will work at a pace suitable for the person concerned. I have experience of working with all abilities from children with Autism/learning difficulties through to those who are high achieving.

Availability: Monday to Friday 4.30pm -7pm
Saturday 9 am to 11 am
