Hi, I`m a current Head of Chemistry and Head of Science at an Independent school in London. I have been teaching Chemistry both in the UK and New Zealand for 21 years and tutoring for 10 years. I am familiar with AQA GCSE 9-1 (the new Specification), IGCSE Edexcel, OCR A and AQA linear A levels having taught all of these, as well as writing schemes of work for my current school.
I am also an AQA GCSE exam marker so am fully aware of the challenges and differences that the new exam specifications have caused.
I use a range of techniques to support your son/daughters learning including setting extra work should you or they wish for more practice.

As a father of three children and husband to another teacher, I am fully aware of how important enjoying and understanding a challenging subject like Chemistry is. I only tutor at your house or online so you don`t need to waste valuable time traveling.
In light of the recent covonavirus I am now offering online video tutoring as well.

Availability: I am available most Sundays and evenings during the week, however, this is variable due to my commitments to evening activities as part of my job.
