Raphaella

I am a fully qualified primary school teacher with ten years of hands-on experience teaching across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in UK classrooms, within schools in London and York. Alongside this, I have six years of specialised 1-to-1 online tutoring experience. This combination gives me a complete understanding of the national curriculum and exactly what is expected of children at every stage of their primary education, including key milestones like SATs. I moved to online tutoring because I love the transformative impact of one-to-one learning. Through tutoring, I can dedicate 100% of my time to understanding your child`s unique learning style, building their confidence, and helping them find genuine joy in Maths and Literacy.

Over the years, I have successfully guided numerous children through their assessments. I know how to strip away exam anxiety by turning preparation into an achievable, confidence-boosting experience leading to very high results.

When I am not teaching, you will usually find me digging on my allotment, going for bike rides, or spending quality time with my own children.

Availability: I have availability after school.

Willing to travel: Home Only

Experience: I have experience teaching the full range of primary subjects across the year groups and have also acted as head of literacy and maths across the primary schools I worked in. My pupils show great progress academically as well as in enjoyment in learning.
