I am a qualified maths secondary school teacher with a post-graduate degree. I have been tutoring for many years, teaching is passion and its been very rewarding for me.

I am very familiar with all curriculum and course work of KS3, GCSE and A-levels.

How does my session work?
I always explain learners their learning objectives, what skills we need to achieve our target. I always bring resources and assess students ability by giving them baseline tests.
Every lesson includes
* Teacher demonstration
* Practice questions
* Assessment and Feedback
* Evaluation by the end of the lesson

I adopt different learning techniques according to learners learning styles.

My priority to make the student more confident and feel safe in the lesson.

Availability: I am avaiable in evening times all week except Sundays

Experience: I have been teaching both KS3 and KS4 classes and I tracked student progress and identified their needs and amended lesson plans accordingly. I carry out assessments. I adapt my learning techniques according to school requirements. I mark school papers in line with GCSE work schemes. It was important to effectively plan which I do and am told I was a positive role model and good at keeping students motivated. I always encourage them to strive for greatness, so they can see their potential. I have taken part in extra-curriculum activities at the school and have helped the PE department supervise rugby. I have also helped with supervising, the year nine school trip to a college, so they can see what courses are available to them. Additionally, I have attended teaching and training programmes such as SEND training, FGM training, equality and diversity training and safeguarding training.
