Experience: I have been a tutor for 4 years, with experience teaching large groups in tuition centres as well as 1-to-1 tutoring online and in person. Having recently sat exams and tutoring many students in the past 4 years, I can offer relevant knowledge on exam formats, question styles and effective revision resources that enable my students to succeed in their exams.

My tutoring style involves ensuring the core content is understood by the student. Many students may struggle to understand the content taught in school, and therefore I aim to help them understand through clear explanations and useful examples. Exam question focus is a key aspect of my lessons as continuous practice is the key to excelling in maths and science, and so I ensure my students have as much practice as possible in answering all types of exam questions that may be asked. I provide detailed feedback and guidance which allows students to avoid common mistakes, and learn any relevant shortcuts or techniques to maximise marks.

I have also made successful applications to top UK medical schools, including Cambridge, UCL and Imperial. I have provided mock interviews to many students, building their courage in answering various questions asked by these medical schools. Many of the students I have assisted have gone on to acquire multiple offers from competitive medical schools. Making a successful application to medical school becomes more and more competitive each year, so I aim to help students navigate the complex journey to reach the most prestigious medical schools.
