I have 4 years of experience in teaching both at university as a lecturer assistant, and as a private tutor teaching private tutees. I graduated from Aberdeen University with a first-class masters’ degree in MEng Mechanical Engineering in July 2019 and I have worked in the oil and gas industry as an engineer for one year. I have also achieved an A* in A-Level maths and excellent grades in GCSEs. So, from the technical side of teaching, be confident that you are in safe hands.
However, teaching is not just about technical knowledge of the subject. I am friendly, committed and very supportive. During my lessons, it’s all about the students and I work in a way that inspires, motivates, and captures their interest and puts them in the centre. Every student learning ability is different, so I assess my learner’s strengths and weakness, help them to identify their potential and work on individualised learning plans to help them achieve the grades they need to succeed.
It is so rewarding to help young people achieve good results and succeed academically, and that’s what I love the most about teaching.

Availability: I am available 7 days a week and I can take the lessons in the afternoons and evenings.
