Mukarma

I am a third year medical student at UCL and I am currently doing my iBSc in Women’s Health. For my A-levels I did Chemistry (A*), Biology (A), Maths (A), Italian (A*) and I am willing to teach all these subjects. I am also willing to teach GCSE, secondary and primary school students.

Experience: I have been regularly volunteering during my time at university and school and this has allowed me to develop a lot of important skills. E.g., communication skills, teamwork, teaching skills, time management and leadership skills.
At one of my volunteering placement I have tutored a student who had difficulty understanding English and in adjusting into the UK education system.
I have also volunteered with Aspiremed, a program run by UCL RUMS Islamic Society. This was an online event dedicated to students who are interested in medicine. I helped with small group presentations, interview practice and personal statements.
