Information about Juanita

I am native French and Spanish teacher. I am passionate teacher as I believe that learning a new language is knowledge for life, as it offers the ability to communicate and acknowledge different cultures as well as offer lifelong opportunities. When I moved to Switzerland as a child, I only knew how to speak
and write in Spanish. I had to study French, and this required a lot of patience and perseverance to become fluent in both writing and speaking. Aged eighteen, I decided to move to London to pursue my studies and again faced the challenge of learning the English language, which was new to me. Starting again was very challenging but I knew that my determination would bring my dreams into fruition. I truly actualised then that irrespective of the challenges of acquiring a new language, they open us up to global opportunities.

Experience: I have been teaching Modern Foreign Languages for GCSE and A level for the past 15 years as well as a been an examiner for AQA exam board.
