Ive got a psychology degree from the University Of Reading and a certificate of English language teaching to adults (CELTA). I`ve been teaching English as a second language full time in Thailand for the past two years and have come back to return to university. I`ve mainly taught young children, three to ten years old. I`ve also taught adults in private classes. I like to use visuals and lots of movement to teach because it maintains interest and helps the learning process.

Every learner is different and has different needs to get them where they want to be. I can cater for different learning styles ( visual, audio, kinaesthetic etc) as well as learning difficulties ( ADHD, Autism). I have a lot of experience with ADHD and Autistic students and have found that with empathy and trust, these students can learn anything.

Experience: Two years full time teaching English in private primary schools in Thailand. One year as a homeroom teacher and one year as a subject teacher. I did private tuition for children aged three to ten and a group of mixed ability adults. Regarding English, I`m experienced teaching grammar, phonics, reading, writing, spelling, listening and speaking.

In my first year teaching, I taught English, Maths, Health and Science in a private Bilingual school in Bangkok. I also tutored three girls for their IGCSE Biology and English exams.
