I am friendly and approachable and have experience teaching a wide variety of ages (5 - 65+). I am available for tutoring:
English as a foreign language,
GCSE Science, Maths and French,
A-level Chemistry and Biology.

I completed my Masters in science, from Southampton University in 2008 and I finished my PhD in Marine Chemistry in 2012, at the University of Groningen (the Netherlands). I also have a CELTA qualification for teaching English as a foreign language. I have experience publishing academic articles and thus am well qualified to teach English for academic purposes or for business.

Experience: I have taught university students throughout my PhD and Post-doctoral positions including chemistry, biology and academic writing styles.
I have taught teenagers French, in France (where I lived for two years during my second post-doc).
I have taught children and adults English, using the communicative approach.
