I am a fully qualified and hugely experienced teacher of English up to GCSE level.

I am professional, patient and caring and teach according to a learner`s individual strengths and needs. I aim to make learning fun, interesting and purposeful with my huge bank of both paper and digital resources.

I am fully knowledgeable about GCSE examination requirements and currently employed by AQA as an examiner for GCSE English Language.

Availability: During the day and evenings.

Willing to travel: 15 miles

Experience: I have 20 years of experience teaching GCSE English to pupils at secondary school, post 16-19 resit candidates and adults wanting a qualification for entry to university or career development.

I have a great track record of success and am experienced at teaching learners with additional needs such as dyslexia, Irlens and autism.

I have QTS, L4 qualification in adult literacy and I am also currently an examiner for GCSE English.

I have taught successfully in across a range of sectors including primary school, secondary schools, adult education and F.E.
