Information about Beth
I think Biology is brilliant and love to share my knowledge and understanding with others. Through my teaching experience I know that it is often necessary to find novel ways of explaining concepts in order to build Student`s understanding and confidence in their abilities and I have built up a variety of strategies in order to achieve this.
Availability: Evenings after 7pm. Daytime tutoring may be possible to fit in with school holidays or study leave, please contact me to discuss.

Experience: I am a qualified teacher with over 10 years experience teaching Biology at GCSE and AS-level. I completed my PGCE at Cambridge University and hold a degree in Biology from Bristol University. For the past 3 years I have marked GCSE biology exam papers for OCR.

My daughter has had several general science lessons for GCSE with Beth and the difficulties she was facing with the coursework previously have become clear to her. She really appreciates having a one to one session which has really worked for her. Prior to her having a tutor she was really struggling with the content but Beth explains this very well. She is now much more confident and secure in her subjects.
I Would not hesitate to recommend Beth.
