I am a freelance tutor based in London. I have been tutoring for two years now, and have helped many of my students to achieve top grades.

Every student is different, so I tailor my tutoring approach to the needs of the student. However, I have noticed some trends in the problems that students often face. I find that where most students struggle is not grasping the knowledge, but understanding how to apply their knowledge to solve problems. To that end, I tend to err on the more practical side in my lessons.

Usually I will go through a few examples with a student, breaking the problem down into easy to follow steps. Then the student will attempt to do it for themselves in the lesson. I may also set homework problems to consolidate work done in the tutorial, although I may not do this with students with an already heavy homework load.

Availability: Available Mon - Fri, 3-8pm, and Sat, 9-5

Experience: I have a Physics degree from the University of St Andrews, and have been tutoring GCSE, A level and degree-level Physics and Maths for 2 years now.

I have covered EdExcel, AQA and iGCSE syllabuses.
