Hi, my name is Geemini, I am a 4th year medical student at UCL and have just completed my iBSc year. I am so excited to help more students gain the very best grades they can or attend Medical School too if they want to!

I have over 3 years of experience of tutoring in the sciences and maths, guiding students through any areas of difficulty and making them feel more confident ahead of their exams. I tailor my lessons to each student to suit their style of learning. I also keep detailed records of my lessons and can work with both the student and parent, if they wish, at the beginning of our lessons to create a session timetable to ensure we cover all areas needed.

From having gone through the medical school application process not too long ago, I understand how daunting it can be and am here to offer advice/mocks on the sciences, personal statements, admissions tests and interviews. In addition to the first hand experience I have in making a successful application to medicine with 4/4 offers, over the past 2 years at University, I have been involved in a long term programme tutoring year 12 students on applying to medicine. Through this programme, I was also able to volunteer at UCL interview workshops and learnt the key factors that interviewers look for. Overall, I gained many skills such as checking students personal statements, doing interview practise and how to give students advice on the UCAT/BMAT, it was a rewarding feeling seeing my students get offers and I look forward to passing on key top tips I learnt onto future applicants too.
