Hello, I’m Maeesha — an enthusiastic and dedicated tutor currently studying Pharmacy. I specialise in GCSE Biology, Chemistry, Physics and English, offering structured and personalised online lessons.

My teaching focuses on building a strong understanding of core concepts while developing the exam skills needed for top grades. I use exam-board–specific mark schemes and model answers to show students exactly how to gain marks in both short and extended-response questions.

I aim to create an encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, improving their confidence and making academic progress lesson by lesson. I have also been tutoring students for one year.

Availability: • Weekends: 10 AM – 4 PM
• Monday to Thursday: from 6 PM onwards

Experience: My teaching approach is friendly, patient and academically focused. I work to ensure students understand the “why” behind each topic, helping them build strong foundations rather than relying on memorisation alone.

I achieved 8s and 9s across my STEM and essay-based GCSE subjects, and completed A levels in Biology, Chemistry and Geography. I am now completing my Pharmacy degree, which strengthens my science knowledge and equips me with high-level analytical skills that I share with my students.

I have one year of online tutoring experience and have helped students improve their confidence, exam technique and overall performance across the sciences and English.
