I tutor Geography, Environmental Management and Leisure & Tourism. Previously one of my home schooled students received a certificate for achieving the highest mark in the world for Development Studies (IGCSE). I`ve been a Geography examiner for over 5 years, tutor for over 20 years from 13plus through to A Level. I graduated from Hull University with BSc Geography (Hons) and began my teaching career in Reading, and progressed to Head of Department and Deputy Head during my school career. I have taught in a range of schools and across all abilities and currently I teach for an online school as well as running my own company. I enjoy both physical and human geography and I make lessons interesting and relevant to the exam specification.

Availability: I have some alternate Sundays, all other slots have now been filled. I could also offer ad hoc lessons or intensive holiday sessions

Experience: Geography teacher since 2000, Head of Department and Deputy Head. Worked as an A Level examiner for 8 years, and am a team Leader for marking Paper 1. Have tutored successfully for over 20 years at 13 plus, GCSE and A Level, and I am familiar with all specs including International. Past students have improved their performance considerably after tuition and have secured places at Winchester College, City of London School and Haberdashers.
