Information about Archie
Hi! My name is Archie, and I have just completed my 2nd year of studying Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge. Next year I am specialising in Genetics, however, I have a broad background in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics.
I am available to tutor A Level Biology, Chemistry and Maths. I can also tutor all of these at GCSE level or below. In addition, I can tutor Physics at GCSE level or below.
Due to the current circumstances, all teaching will be held online. My style of tutoring involves creating a friendly atmosphere in which I encourage understanding rather than rope-learning, which I believe is the best way to learn. I am happy to set and mark work, go through past papers and discuss exam and revision techniques as I am still doing exams, this is something Im well-versed in! Additionally, I am always happy to bring in interesting points from my degree and knowledge of the latest research to increase interest in the subject. These sessions will set up the student well for next year and give them a massive boost in future exams. Whatever I do will be tailored to the wants and needs of each individual student so we can get the most out of every session!
