I am a highly experienced tutor in Biology. I have studied BSc (Hons) Biology at the University of Portsmouth (2.1) and obtained MSc in Biomedicine with Merit from the same University and I have a distinction in both of my thesis. I have been working as a Biology tutor from 2013 after completing my Bachelors degree. I have worked both in the UK and Cyprus. I was a cancer researcher and I have published two scientific papers and now I am working in a pharmaceutical company. I am really motivated and I love science. I consider my self friendly and dedicated tutor as communicating science is a passion of mine!

Experience: In my research career I have worked on intracellular processing of calcium in Crohn`s disease and cancer. I have two publications and a very strong background on biology as I have studied my A levels at Chichester College (Merit) then,BSc (Hons) Biology at the Univeristy of Portsmouth(2.1), and then I continued my studies on masters doing MSc Biomedicine(Merit) at the University of Portsmouth. My final project for my degree was on the antibiotic resistance and for my masters on the anticancer activities of chinese herbs on prostate cancer (distinction).

After my degree I started tutoring Biology students while I was studying for my masters degree(2013-2014) and then went to Cyprus where I started private lessons for students for the ages of 11-16, A levels and GCSE(2014-2016).

After I came back to the UK for my research job I started tutoring Biology students again (2016-2017) and now I want to tutor students of all ages as I find that education is essential in all ages and levels.
