I’m a fully qualified history teacher, tutor, and examiner with over 13 years of experience helping students succeed at GCSE and A-Level. I’ve taught a wide range of topics and exam boards, and I really enjoy finding ways to make history clear, engaging, and (hopefully!) enjoyable for everyone I work with.

I know exams can feel stressful, but I aim to take the pressure off by breaking things down, building your confidence, and showing you how to approach questions step by step. Whether you’re looking to boost your knowledge, improve your essays, or polish your exam technique, I’ll tailor our sessions to what you need most.

Above all, I want you to feel supported and to leave each session feeling more confident than when you started.

Experience: I’ve been teaching and tutoring history for over 13 years, working with students at both GCSE and A-Level across all the major exam boards. I’ve supported students with a wide range of topics — from the Tudors to the Cold War — and I also work as an examiner, which means I know exactly what examiners are looking for and how to help you gain those extra marks.

Over the years, I’ve helped students with all sorts of goals — whether that’s moving from a grade 3 to a 5, pushing for top grades, or simply building confidence and finding a way to enjoy the subject more.
