I am an experienced teacher offering one to one tuition in Science. I have been teaching Science in a secondary school for five years, my main areas of teaching include Key Stages 3 to 5 with experience of teaching both double and triple Science. I do believe that one to one tutoring can be extremely beneficial to students.

I tailor my teaching to the individual and unique needs of the student. Some students require a little helping hand maybe on a particular topic and others require much more support, whatever the need I can cater.
I believe that one to one tutoring not only helps students with their understanding of the subject but also helps build their confidence, if a student understands at home they feel much more confident in class.
I am a patient teacher who believes that the student controls the pace, if they do not understand then I am more then happy to keep going over the topic until they do.

Experience: I have been tutoring for four years with over 90% of my students achieving grades A-A Star at GCSE level and A-C at A Level.
Tuition is extremely productive when running alongside school work but can also help students get ahead which leads to greater confidence in the classroom.

I have also helped prepare students for the 11+ examination that leads to them being accepted at Grammar Schools. I have a 100% success rate with this, all my students have been accepted to their choice of grammar school including Tiffin Boys and Girls.
