Maths Tutor (Teacher). Friendly, highly experienced, qualified (PGCE+QTS+DBS) female Maths teacher, GCSE(9 -1) Mathematics Examiner. My specialist knowledge, training background and 28 years teaching experience in both English and Chinese mainstream schools have given me a thorough understanding of specification & assessment of Maths, and also prepared me to work with wide range of students from KS1/2 to KS3/4 and KS5.
Availability: Monday to Saturday 09-20:00. I am tutoring online can also take face to face lessons if they live locally.
Willing to travel: 50 miles
Experience: I believe everybody can do maths and my strength is to help students to fully understand maths, practise skills, build up confidence, enjoy maths learning and achieve their best grades particularly in SAT, GCSE/IGCSE, A-level or other numeracy entry tests.
I also teach gifted students who seek more challenges and want to stretch their talent knowledge, a number of my students have been awarded gold, silver and bronze medals in the UKMT Maths Challenge some of them have started Additional Maths learning at an early stage of Year 10.
I am tutoring Maths online or travel to students` home if they live locally.

Qiang, has been a great tutor for our daughter on her maths GCSE, she is always prompt and requests which areas are daughter would like to concentrate on each week. Plus uploading what they have covered in order for these notes to be used as part of her revision material. Would highly recommend.

I wouldn`t hesitate at all to recommend Qiang to other parents and of course adults she is very proffesional but at the same time caring and approachable and is giving my son strong confidence skills in progressing further with maths he looks forward to his tutor time every week and can`t wait to show me his progress towards his GCSES .I also like the fact Qiang has a update DBS certificate that a lot of tutors lack this to me as a parent is a very important in choosing your tutor for your children
