I am a freelance musician, based in South Manchester. I am recent graduate of the Royal College of Music, where I studied for my Master of Performance (trumpet) with Jason Evans, Kate Moore, Mark Calder and David Elton. Whilst at the RCM I was fortunate to work with many renowned conductors such as Martyn Brabbins, Rafael Payare and Sir Antonio Pappano. Prior to the RCM, I studied Music at the University of Manchester, where my trumpet teacher was Jamie Prophet. I attended the Purcell School of Music from the age of 11 with composition as my principal study then later prioritised trumpet under the guidance of Tony Cross. I was also a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Wales for seven years, where I was able to gain valuable insights into the music profession from Rhys Owens, Gareth Small and Dean Wright.

Availability: I am available to teach on weekdays from 4pm and anytime on weekends.

Experience: I have experience of teaching private students of all ages and abilities. I have prepared pupils for ABRSM exams with a 100% pass rate and have also taught pupils at a more casual pace, helping them learn new music and develop their musicianship.
