I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that help me to get to know each student better. I also have active listening skills, which is very important in order to determine the best way to reach the student. I would develop me a steady learning plan for the each student that would be most suitable for their style of learning. I help each student develop study habits that will improve their performance in the subject. I teach them how to stay focused and motivate them to push a little harder to accomplish their goals.
