I have over ten years of teaching experience and am adept at adapting lessons to suit a variety of learning abilities. I have also marked and examined papers for the WJEC and so exam technique and feedback are key tools that I use in every lesson, to propel students into higher band marks.

My approach to tutoring is the same as for learning: appreciate the big picture, understand why the subject matter is important and then dive into the detail. Once you appreciate the ‘why’, it makes the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ in Economics so much more enjoyable. I can help you join the dots, synthesise and really make sense of what you are learning. I hope to ignite a passion to learn more about Economics and also fuel your confidence in approaching your summer exams.
