Private Tutoring Services

Following a short career break, I am pleased to once again offer private tutoring services.

I am a Law Lecturer based in London and provide private tuition alongside my academic teaching. I currently teach all core modules across the LLB, GDL, and GEL programmes, as well as a wide range of elective subjects. With direct experience in legal education, I am well placed to support students in developing a strong understanding of complex legal concepts and achieving success in their studies.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach is practical, structured, and student-focused. Each session is tailored to the specific course requirements, academic level, and learning needs of the student.

In addition to strengthening subject knowledge, I provide guidance on revision strategies, exam preparation, and exam technique, helping students develop the skills necessary to perform confidently under assessment conditions. I place strong emphasis on setting clear, achievable goals, and I take pride in supporting students to meet—and often exceed—their academic expectations.

Coursework and Dissertation Support

I also provide academic support with coursework, research projects, and dissertations, including guidance on structure, legal research, argument development, and academic writing.

Cancellation Policy

I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy, except in cases of medical emergency.

Tutoring sessions are available in 1.5-hour or 2-hour blocks, and may be arranged weekly or fortnightly, either online or in person.

Travel

During particularly busy periods, such as exam and revision seasons, I may occasionally request a contribution towards taxi travel in order to ensure I can accommodate scheduled sessions. Any such arrangement will always be discussed and agreed in advance.

Payment
• In-person sessions: Payment is requested either before or at the end of each session (cash).
• Online sessions: Payment must be made via bank transfer prior to the session.
• Remote work: Where work is completed outside of a scheduled session, payment must be made before the work is returned.

Experience: I have over eight years of experience as a private tutor, working with a diverse range of students across different ages, abilities, and academic levels. I take pride in ensuring that every session is carefully tailored to meet each student’s individual learning needs.

My teaching approach is structured and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on setting clear and achievable targets that help students build confidence and achieve strong academic results.

Alongside my tutoring work, I have been lecturing in law since 2017, bringing extensive academic teaching experience and current subject knowledge to every session.
