Hi! I am a 25 Year old current primary school teacher. I completed my degree at Leeds Trinity University, and have a wide range of experience working with children as young as 5, up to the age of 11. The two year groups I have worked with most frequently would be Y2 and Y6, so I also know of the stress and anxiety SAT`s can cause for children. I consider myself very approachable, confident and understanding of the needs different children require. Although results are important, the wellbeing of children is paramount to everything we do in the profession, which is one of my driving factors to being a private tutor as well as a full time primary school teacher. An extra couple of hours per week can really be the difference in not only helping your child with their grades, but also alleviating some of anxieties that children may feel towards the pressures of mainstream school. I not only teach subjects, but also strategies that allow children to thrive beyond my tutoring sessions.

Availability: Available weekdays after 4PM and weekends when booked in advance.

Experience: I have worked in two different schools across three different year groups. Y2, Y4 and Y6. I have also worked as a supply teacher, meaning I have worked across the entirety of the primary school provision in multiple schools. This means not only have I taught in various schools, such as CofE schools and catholic schools, but also I have worked with children of whom have a wide range of special educational needs.
