My name is Carli and I have been a Primary School teacher for the past eight years. I have experience in both private and state schools. I have also been privately tutoring for the past four years to children with a variety of different abilities and backgrounds. I have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in teaching and education.

Availability: During the school holidays I am available on a Monday and Tuesday during the day.

Experience: My tutoring lessons involve careful and thoughtful planning of activities to accommodate your child’s needs and abilities. I like to ensure all tasks set for your child enable them to gain the most out of their work. I use a variety of creative resources including exam style questions, games and practical activities. I believe children gain the most out of their learning when they are engaged in the learning and feel confident. Therefore, it is important to me that I approach all tutoring lessons with patience and sensitivity to your child’s needs.

I have experience with the 11+. I am able to help your child in maths, English, verbal and non- verbal reasoning. As well as this we can work on exam techniques and speed for their exam.

I have worked with children from all abilities including children with special educational needs (ADHD, Dyslexia) and gifted and talented children. In addition, I have experience with EAL (English as an additional language) children.
