Hi, I’m Isla! I’m a qualified teacher with a First Class degree in Primary Education with a SEND specialism from the University of Winchester. I offer online-only, 1-to-1 tutoring in Maths, English, and Science for students from KS2 through to GCSE.

I believe every student is capable of success, and my approach is all about building confidence as well as knowledge. I create calm, supportive sessions tailored to each learner’s needs — whether that’s exam preparation, catching up on tricky topics, or developing a love for learning. I also specialise in supporting students with SEND and those who experience academic anxiety, making lessons a safe space where they feel comfortable to ask questions and make progress.

I currently tutor students across the country, helping them achieve their academic goals through flexible, accessible online learning.

Experience: I have over two years’ experience delivering online 1-to-1 tutoring for students across the UK, covering KS2 through to GCSE. As a qualified teacher with classroom experience, I have supported learners of all abilities, including high-achieving students as well as those with SEND and academic anxiety. My work has included SATs preparation, 11+ entrance exam support, and GCSE Maths and Science tutoring, with a strong focus on building confidence alongside academic skills. I specialise in creating calm, supportive sessions that help students feel comfortable, make steady progress, and reach their full potential in a way that works for them.
