Information about Nicole
Hello I’m Nicole and I have been teaching for over twenty five years. My teaching style is relaxed and fun with all learning objectives covered. I provide support and encouragement for your learning to help you achieve your goals.
Availability: I am available Monday to Friday. Please contact me for my up to date availability.

Experience: I started as a professional musician playing in a number of bands and performing as a solo artist.
I have taught students of all ages from three to adult. I specialise in teaching the harp, piano, flute, clarinet, saxophone, violin and music theory.
I have QTS: qualified teacher status, PGCE: Post Graduate Certificate of Education and BA(hons) Band Musicianship: Bachelor of Arts in Band Musicianship focusing on performance, composition and arranging.
I enjoy helping my students by putting them at ease and helping them to learn, gain confidence to progress and achieve their goals.

Nicole has been teaching my Son (7) piano for about 9 months now and she is brilliant. She keeps him engaged in the lessons which isn`t the easiest task, and he absolutely loves his piano lessons with her and looks forward to them every time.

Nicole is a great flute teacher: professional, patient and friendly. Her lessons are well structured and thoughtfully tailored to meet my daughter’s ability and needs. She’s always smiling and encouraging and so my daughter really enjoys the lesson and looks forward to every upcoming lessons. I’m ever so impressed that Nicole sends me detailed notes after each lesson so I know what my daughter did well and what to practice in prep for the next lesson.
