I am an experienced English teacher . I have over 20 years experience of teaching English at all levels ( GCSE, Functional Skills at Levels 1 and 2). I can also teach from key stage 1 to key stage 4)
I am experienced at teaching GCSE English: New Specification.
I am also a Functional Skills English Lecturer. I teach Functional Skills at Entry Levels 2 and 3 and Levels 1 and 2.
I am also an experienced Business studies lecturer. I major in teaching Business Studies to students studying BTEC Diploma and those studying BTEC extended diploma.
I am currently preparing a small group of students for their Keystsge 2 SAT ( English and Maths) exams.
I am also currently tutoring some GCSE students GCSE English ( New Specification one to one sessions).
I have a wealth of GCSE English and Functional Skilks resources that I am confident that learners will benefit tremendously from.
Availability: Saturdays after 12noon.

Experience: Over 20 years of teaching English in Further Education. I worked in London``s leading FE college City & Islingon College as a lecturer, dyslexia Support teacher and personal tutor for 15 years. I I consistently achieved over 80% achievement and success rates. I worked as a GCSE English lecturer at Waltham Forest College. For 17months.
I currently work as a GCSE lecturer at North Hertfordshire College Stevenage.

Excellent teacher.My son hates English at school but seems to be improving greatly. He is at ease with Mrs Bola and likes the lessons.

I would highly recommend Bola, she came to help my son with his English, he had just lost his confidence and was really struggling. She managed to get him from a 3 (D) in his mocks to a 6 (B) although he is currently getting it remarked as he was 2 marks off a 7 (A).
She is motivating and made the lesson enjoyable, which for a boy who hated English was a feat in itself. Will definitely be calling on her services when my younger child comes to do GCSE`s.
