I am an experienced classroom teacher who has been teaching for 16 years. I have worked with a range of pupils, of varying abilities, with great success. I am enthusiastic and have a passion for my subject, which I try to instil in the pupils I teach through making learning engaging and suited to ability.

Experience: Having taught both English Language and Literature for the past 15 years, I have a keen understanding of the National Curriculum requirements. My experience has provided me with the opportunities to teach each level and ability of Key Stage 3, 4 and 5. I have covered a range of texts and exam boards, predominantly focusing on WJEC and AQA. I gained a 2:1 in English Literature from the University of Liverpool and a Distinction in my English PGCE from Liverpool Hope University.

Elizabeth has been excellent. My daughter felt more confident about her English Resit after the first session. She felt comfortable with Elizabeth immediately and enjoyed the tutorials.
