Hi, I`m a second year Medical Student at the University of Birmingham, originating from Leeds. I`m a hardworking, empathetic individual who is patient and considerate, loves learning as much as I do teaching and I am known to be responsible, reliable and organised.

Availability: Weekends (times can be discussed) and Wednesday/ Tuesday evenings.

Experience: I have completed my GCSE`s and A-Level`s, with 10 GCSE`s at grade 9, one at grade 8, and three A-Levels at A*AA (Biology, Chemistry and English Literature). I have some experience with teaching and working with children, since I worked at an after-school club for a few months, wherein I gained experience in a professional setting, but still developed close relationships with the students. In terms of teaching, I often self-tutor my younger sisters, preparing them for their SATs, and I have volunteered at my previous school as a "Reading Buddy" wherein I coached younger pupils who struggled with reading to improve their reading skills and grammar. Not only did this improve my teaching skills, but also my empathy, listening and my ability to build a good rapport with my students. Since I finished sixth form around a year ago, I`m still very familiar with the ways of studying, methods of teaching and the exam boards.
