EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
o During my MSc studies, I started a weekend study course for Sri Lankan students who were struggling to adapt to the Norwegian schooling system. I focused on helping them to learn the language, and especially the required scientific terminology. This project attracted government funding and has now grown to accommodate over 300 students. This highly successful project is regarded as a model for other ethnic communities.
