Information about Adam

8+ Yrs Experience. Imperial College London Business School Postgraduate & BEng Electrical Engineering from the University of Manchester.

____-

The most effective form of tutoring is when you teach the student how to learn as opposed to what to learn. This is what I do.

I am currently studying for a Postgraduate Masters Degree from Imperial College London Business School in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management. I also hold an Electrical & Electronic Engineering Degree from the University of Manchester.

I am friendly, easy going and very expressive. I have been teaching since a very young age through various mediums, from online videos to classrooms to one-ones. My academic background centres on advanced mathematics, physics and electronics. These subjects are widely seen as complex but I have managed to successfully progress through them by simplifying difficult concepts down to manageable and more understandable points of reference.

I am passionate about what I do and find problem solving particularly interesting – hence why I studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering – I believe maths in particular to be the most important subject of all and there is sufficient data out there showing that those that succeed in maths, tend to find it a lot easier to succeed in other subjects.

Lastly, I’d like to emphasise that I like to think of teaching as an engaging interaction and not a boring experience. With all the classes I’ve delivered in the past and the tutees I’ve tutored, I’ve always tried my best to really make every hour as productive as possible.

Arabic:
I enjoy teaching and find Arabic to be a very poetic and beautiful language. My aim is to make my students enjoy learning the language as well as discover its eloquence.

I have taught students of all ages from 8 year old`s up until late 50s. I like to think that I make all my students comfortable and ensure they are at ease when learning. Making mistakes, mispronunciations are perfectly normal in any learning curve. The journey of a thousand miles starts with one step.
